User testing We did some user testing, still doing more.  Results: People need to know what score is upfront, also that were talking explicitly about business mentoring. Our app/bio concept was confused a lot with profiles... users leaned toward creating a profile. Possible qualifier points could be interactive quizzes or filters to match interests and expertises. Initiation, like things popping up, was recommended. Site Features/Characteristics  I looked at highly rated websites in 2018 for user satisfaction and user friendliness. I will post a picture of my scrap work as well as screen shots of features I particularly liked working with. I looked at random websites as well as mentor-specific websites. What will mentors and mentees do together? 1. Get to know one another, get comfortable with each other 2. Build momentum, find a common ground, set goals  3. Periodically reflect on progress 4. Closure at the end of semester/term  Partnership levels - high school student + college student  - college student + professional  High school student + college student   linking **1. Sundae Challenge event invitation - 10/30 6:00pm **2. Do a mini start up weekend with teams!!!!!! OMGOMG (good timing for Attollo I think) - Could just be the students or could be campus inclusive.... or is that harder with high schooler involvement? **3. Add Workshop event to our calendar in spring, for time to work on their project in a space where they can utilize each other. College student   link

Identifying the need for this program is critical.  Facebook poll To get the opinion of locals I posted a poll on Facebook from our ELC account and my personal account. The results will be interesting I assume, I'll run them for a week. Post picture of the polls Results..so far They've been running for 4 days. My personal account is getting responses, the ELC... not so much. The results are completely opposite of what I expected. In fact, more people are interested in mentoring . There is still expressed interest in being mentored , though. Final results The numbers didn't change too much. Its a surprise to me to see that so many people said they would be interested in mentoring someone else. However, 4 people out of the 17 like the comment suggesting that both options were a good choice.  Here is some of the feedback I got on the poll other than the actual votes. Facebook only allowed for 2 questions, but "both" would have bee
