User testing We did some user testing, still doing more.  Results: People need to know what score is upfront, also that were talking explicitly about business mentoring. Our app/bio concept was confused a lot with profiles... users leaned toward creating a profile. Possible qualifier points could be interactive quizzes or filters to match interests and expertises. Initiation, like things popping up, was recommended. Site Features/Characteristics  I looked at highly rated websites in 2018 for user satisfaction and user friendliness. Identifying the need for this program is critical.  Facebook poll To get the opinion of locals I posted a poll on Facebook from our ELC account and my personal account. The results will be interesting I assume, I'll run them for a week. Post picture of the polls Results..so far They've been running for 4 days. My personal account is getting responses, the ELC... not so much. The results are completely opposite of what I expected. In fact, more people are interested in mentoring . There is still expressed interest in being mentored , though. Final results The numbers didn't change too much. Its a surprise to me to see that so many people said they would be interested in mentoring someone else. This could probably only be useful as a recourse. I don't think there's much potential for partnership or mentor recruitment from treehouse mentor. Score will likely be one of our strongest if not our strongest connection to a solid source of mentors. They offer free services which is also ideal for our target audience: students .
